One in five mothers suffer from depression/depression in the first year after every pregnancy and delivery.

If you are a mother suffering from depression, it is not something to be ashamed of. You don’t have to suffer alone. Seek appropriate health care as soon as possible. At least tell your local family health officer about it.If your wife, a loved one or someone you know is affected by such a situation, please be there for her. Refer her to appropriate health care. Don’t leave her alone. Depression is nothing to be ashamed of.
