Institute for Research & Development in Health & Social Care ( https://www.ird.lk/ ) is conducting an online survey to assess the “Side effects experienced by the public after receiving the COVID-19 vaccine”.

This is the third online survey conducted by IRD during the COVID-19 epidemic in Sri Lanka.
The results of previous surveys (1. Survey to identify opinions on how best to cater to asymptomatic individuals infected with COVID-19 | 2. Knowledge and perception of the general public towards the COVID-19 vaccine) were given to the Ministry of Health and the National Operation Center for Prevention of COVID-19 Outbreak.

Your participation would be extremely helpful to enhance the current practices and procedures followed by the health care sector when controlling the prevailing COVID-19 epidemic in the country.
