Documenting the side effects experienced by the public after COVID-19 vaccination

The Institute for Research and Development in Health and Social Care, Sri Lanka conducted a pilot survey in May 2021 with 371 individuals using Google Forms to document the side effects experienced by the public after COVID-19 vaccination. The findings of the survey are summarized below.
